ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข
- บัตรนี้สามารถใช้ได้กับบริการนวดน้ำมัน 120 นาที ที่ สปา เดอ คองคอร์ด เท่านั้น
- บัตรมีจำนวนจำกัด 500 ใบเท่านั้นและจะไม่เพิ่มจำนวนในทุกกรณี
- ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับบัตรและโปรโมชั่นพิเศษอื่นๆ
- ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ เฉพาะลูกค้าที่สำรองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 2 ชั่วโมง พร้อมระบุว่าใช้บัตรนวดน้ำมัน 120 นาทีเท่านั้น กรุณาแสดงบัตรแก่พนักงานเมื่อมาใช้บริการ
- ไม่สามารถต่ออายุบัตรได้และไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงินทุกกรณี
- ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
- ทางโรงแรมไม่สามารถออกบัตรใหม่หรือชดเชยมูลค่าแทนได้

Terms & Conditions
- Voucher is valid for 120 minutes of oil massage per voucher at Spa De Concorde only.
- There is limited quantity of 500 vouchers and shall not be increase in any case.
- This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, promotions or discount.
- Vouchers may only be used when a reservation has been made at least 2 hours in advance prior to arrival. Please inform staff upon making reservations and present e-voucher upon arrival.
- This voucher is non-refundable and is valid for a single transaction only. The validity of expired vouchers cannot be extended.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or refunded in part of cash.
- Hotel does not hold responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers nor reissued replacement for any reason.
