Our Representative will meet you in the arrival hall entry area and will be holding a sign with your name. They will handle payment of visa on arrival fee and submission of arrival card whilst you will be escorted via the VIP immigration exit to collect luggage. Once luggage is collected, our Rep will accompany you to the customs area to submit your declaration form and x-ray luggage. Please note Indonesian Duty Free Allowance is 1 Litre Alcohol.

If busy the immigration process can take 2 – 3 hours. Using VIP clearance immigration takes approx 10 minutes, so well worth it!
