**Terms and Conditions: Megatix Malaysia MotoGP Package 2023**

1. Megatix Malaysia, herein referred to as the "Agent," acts on behalf of the accommodation contractor    
    and transport coordinator to facilitate the delivery of the specified package.

2. Megatix Malaysia is duly authorized as a sales agent for MotoGP Malaysia 2023.

3. Tickets purchased are non-refundable.

4. Accommodations provided are of 4-star quality or equivalent, located within
    the Golden Triangle area of Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.

5. The Mates Package is restricted to individuals of legal age, 18 years or above.

6. Transportation to MotoGP is arranged in a group setting.

7. Prices do not include flight tickets for attendees arriving from outside Malaysia.

8. Ticket sales will conclude on the 27th of October, and finalization of the spot with
     the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) is required by this date.
