No shows and late cancellation will result in cancellation of redeemed vouchers.

• Vouchers are non-refundable, amendments of dates after reservation confirmation may incur in fees at the hotel's discretion/policy.

• A copy of your Voucher must be presented at check-in with a photo ID.
